Today didn't really go as planned. I had every intention of going in the gym with a full head of steam. That went well until I finished my front squats. I attempted "Amanda" and to my dismay, the 135 pound snatches were to heavy to rep out for 9-7-5. I chalked it up as practice and hung my head low.
