Workout of the day:

Shoulder Press
5 Sets of 5 reps

* Your fifth rep should be the last one you are physically able to put up. Focus on form and sheer strength, not speed.


4 Rounds for time:
400 Run
50 Squats

Skill Work:

10 Minutes of Handstand drills, HSPU's, Wall Walks etc. Dont be afraid to look silly

* a youtube search will provide guidance if you have any questions on the movements.
