
Good Morning. It is the day after my scientific bender and I actually feel really good. I have never drank that much and not received a hangover. That may be because the drinks I was having were not loaded with sugars and other chemicals.
I am not quite at 100 percent, but I could definitely go to the gym and get a decent workout in.  
Doing this once or twice a month should be fine.  Doing it every other day will certainly deal a blow to training.  If you can handle the taste, I strongly recommend drinking the infamous NorCal Margarita.
